Mindfulness practice and mindful consumption have increasingly attracted the interests of academics general public worldwide. Despite fact that mindfulness meditation has its roots in Buddhism, little empirical research studied from Buddhist principles perspective active Buddhists who regularly dedicate themselves to with goal achieving liberation suffering.
